If you buy used you can not only save money but avoid doing business with a Russian company. Support Ukraine now or NATO countries will have to fight Putin later.
Check out eBay. I see a bunch pop up from all over the former USSR countries. I see a bunch coming from the Ukraine. Just be sure to buy from a seller with a good high rating.

I only buy mine directly from Russian vendors, so at the moment, I can't recommend any who are still able to trade due to the rest of the world demonising and blocking sales from the entire country.
Bought 2 Vostoks directly for Meranom.com about 3yrs ago. Not sure if they can still deliver under the current situation.

This is probably the most reliable and trustworthy seller of Vostok and generally Russian as well as Chinese watches in Europe. And actually he is shipping worldwide too. I bought repeatedly from him over the last couple of years, he checks every watch for accuracy before sending to the customer and the service is there for you if something goes wrong.
His selection of German brand "Rios 1931" leather straps is also worth a look. When on discount they are fantastic quality for the money.
Can't recommend this shop enough for a Vostok or any watch purchase.

I Cant stop thinking about the 170 series… However seems like the price is going up due to inflation and the war… The only reliable source I found is the meranon website… Some people claim that they are the actual manufactures of the watch, but not sure what to believe at this stage…https://meranom.com/en/index.php?route=product/search&search=170&limit=10

I bought mine from a German dealer called Poljot Uhren. Their prices are a bit high for Vostoks, but seems that most of their stock is pre-Russo-Ukraine war.
