So I was randomly testing my watches for magnetism using the Lepsi app and a compass. It shows magnetism. Is it safe to use the blue demagnet tool to remove magnetism or should I not be bothered?

If the watch is performing correctly I would not mess with it.
They use those on mechs because the mainspring can magnetize and the coils stick to each other. It should not affect quartz.
Doesn't all quartz show magnetism? Electronic and all? Would have guessed they create a weak magnetic field?
Beautiful watcht BTW
Agree with @OldSnafu , quartz shouldn’t be affected by magnets (outside of an MRI). Wouldn’t worry about it.
I've wondered about quartz movements. Will demagnetizing harm the stepper motor? Electric motors generally involve magnets. One thing I do know, do not demagnetize a Spring Drive. It includes and tiny electric generator, which requires a magnet, plus the magnetic braking, so demagnetizing will kill the movement.

Thank you! Lucky to check in with you all before I make the wrong step forward.

After doing some google searching, I now better understand how quartz really work. I guess they’ll create a weak magnetic field. Thank you buddy!

Today I learn! Hope there is an experienced watch maker that could answer these questions too.

No problemo 🤠 That why we are a community, to share knowledge, experience, joys and bummers of the watchgame!
