Central seconds chrono function

The central seconds hand on the Precisionist chronographs acts as both running seconds and chrono seconds. You choose the function with the pusher at 8. Once you start the chronograph function, the second hand moves quickly to 12 o'clock, then works like a stop-second hand, allowing the subdials at 12 and 6 to indicate divisions of time less than a second (to the thousandths). When you stop the chronograph function, the second hand moves rapidly back to the current seconds position, then resumes its slow sweep. Since I can't attach videos here, you can follow this link to the video I posted on Insta.
