Bought mine 2 weeks ago after 4 years of deliberation and holy crap, it still surpassed my expectations
It was my first luxury watch and I remember putting it on and everything I was reading made so much sense. The finish and bracelet (faux rivets and all) were so heads and shoulder above anything I had owned before. Eye opening moment for meโฆ made me reflect on my collection as a whole.

We are just alike. ย My collection prior to the Tudor consists of Orient, G-Shock, and a Christopher Ward and the majority of the finishing on the Tudor is classes above the others (along with the accuracy...+1 sec per day).
Surprisingly, the case finishing on the Christopher Ward (C63 Sealander GMT) rivals that of the BB58. ย I will post a side by side shot one day.
The Gilt BB58 was my grail watch and nothing about the wearing experience has changed my mind.
