purchased the one with arabic numerals in march as my first automatic watch. it‘s in everyday use and I often look at it in amazement regarding the fact that I can‘t get enough of it. no regrets whatsoever.
oh and it just came to my mind that I actually WAS tempted to buy a blue Seiko Prospex Alpinist 1959, I guess that was an exception for me ;-)
they sure do and I‘d actually love to love their watches but I just haven‘t round a design that appeals to me yet
I didn‘t yet notice this hatred you describe but I can‘t imagine spending money on a Seiko. Even though I see that they offer great value for money, I just don‘t get the asthetics of the brand
