Best of luck! I had to preorder via an AD to secure mine
I did try to pre-order when it was announced but my AD was not sure how many pieces they would receive so the waiting list is first come first serve. They got only 3 pieces in the first lot last week and were gone immediately. They have one more lot coming but the number of pieces they would receive is unsure so if I am lucky, will get one hopefully 🤞
Excellent trio Brian. Haven’t seen to many photos in black and white so that was a reallly nice touch. Different. How long have you had your Grand Seiko for and how has it been holding up for you?

Thanks! I've had it for almost a year now and I love it. Visually it's probably one of my favorite designs from GS. It wears very well and has been dead-accurate for months now. However the case and bracelet do scratch quite easily, but that could be due to the fact I don't really baby my watches. I've also travelled a few times with it and the jumping hour hand is super nice to use when changing time zones.
Hey there, just came across your post. I'm trying to decide if I should upgrade my SKX013 into a SJE093 but am worried about the sizing on my smaller wrist.
Can you share a bit about how both of them wear on the wrist? I would love to handle a SJE093 in person but as you can imagine it's been difficult to get my hands on one at the AD.

Hey, I think if you can wear the skx013 comfortably then the SJE will fit you just fine. I find it actually wears even better since it’s slimmer with a nicer curve. The finishing , dial, bezel and movement are also top notch. Really is the best seiko diver imo. Only thing is , if you prefer bracelets, there are no options for the sje

I'm keeping my fingers crossed to get one SJE093 allocated.
