The most interesting dial in the world?

Out of my entire collection, this Rado Golden Horse 1957 has the most interesting and beautiful dial of them all. In fact, it’s not even close.

Some of the features:

Blue fume

Sunburst

Applied indices

Rotating Rado anchor

Red date numbers

Applied gold kissing seahorse emblem

Pie pan dial

Polished date window

Looks blue, or purple or black based on lighting conditions OR blue AND purple AND black!

And maybe a few more features I’ve overlooked!

And those polished Dauphine hands just set it all off!

Any challengers for “most interesting dial” out there?

I really apprecaite the retro charm. Just seems like something a man of good taste in the late 60’s would have

Honestly thats such a great watch for a 1957 vintage Rado. It would definitely hold up to the design language of this year 🔥

Thank you! This is actually a Rado reissue, so they are available now. They aren’t in production anymore, so don’t sleep on them!

Pretty!

I tried the green sunburst Cap Cook and thought the same thing. Rado crushes these dials, so good.

Kurono has a urushi tree sap that’s hand polished (by thumb) that is up there in pantheon of nice dials :
