What do you choose?

Would you rather have a seiko mod watch that pay homage to the holy grail AP oak itself, without being a replica, because I like to have some personality

or

Would you directly choose a different, original and with very respectable heritage Watch with somewhat a similar look?

Just for reference the first One Is 250 euros and the second One 399.
