Watch not working

I grabbed from a flea market for Just a couple of euros because it wasnt working. I changed the battery, nothing. I took It to the Swatch store and they had no idea.

Any suggestions for a DIY repair?

Recycle it 🤷🏼‍♂️

You could try running it over s demagnetizer. Ti forces the gears to move so maybe it starts working again if it's only "stuck" a bit.

Try running a quartz watch over it. It forces the hands to turn and can unstuck them if the watch hasn't been running for a long time. It helps with quartz movements sometimes as the last effort before replacing the whole thing.

What do you mean? I can't understand the processo.

This is in essence a strong electromagnet used for demagnetizing. If can also force quartz watches to run, gears will turn and with them the watch hands. It can sometimes "unstuck" old gears that haven't been running for long periods of time. As said before, i only ever use it as a last option since it could also break something inside. I would use it on a Swatch like that without a doubt since you can't really open it or repair it in any way. But I don't think it's worth it unless you plan getting more broken down watches in the future.
