Can someone explain to me how to remove these kind of toolless piece in my vintage Longines?

See the arrow on the last link ( I think it’s the last, the photo does not show the actual attachment point I don’t think)?

Try carefully prying it up with a steel tool. That might work. Best of luck!

I believe that one uses small springbars for the links a small springbar tool or watchmaker screwdriver should work.

Yes, looks like there might be a small spring bar in there. Good light and a loupe (everyone should have one) should reveal what it is.
