In the quiet the man has a watch & whiskey. The secrets of existence can choose to attend. Or not. But this moment is mine.
Age has given us more context but wisdom is an active endeavor. I must be lazy and let it all move past without me. The collecting is contemplative and solitary. I am aware of all of you in the ether who have similar afflictions. Raise my glass to you all. There is another day if we have gods to favor us.

I agree! I am serious about my whiskey as I am about watches. Well, within reason. Love Kentucky whiskey and hope to do several tours of the vaunted Whiskey Trail before my liver gives out. Cheers to you!
