What is the smallest Casio digital watch that you folks can recommend for my 6y son? He is on the smaller side even for a 6y old. Even the F91W strap at its first hole is too loose for his tiny wrist.

Try the Swatch flik flak. I gave my 4yo a casio also he rocks it from time to time jaja
You could get one of those slide-on compass or thermometer doo-dads to take up some slack, or just wrap some tape or something. If you've got a Bund type piece, that would work. I'd imagine one could be fabricated from, say, a silicone kitchet trivet. Or just krazy glue a quarter under the thing.
To be more elegant, put it on a NATO, or a thinner 16mm single pass strap Clearance is tight, or I'd say hook and loop strap.. Then poke in a new hole, cut off the excess and heat seal everything with a flame.
Yeah, I’m on board with Swarch. I can’t name watch names, but we got my soon to be 6 year old a swatch and he loves it. They make some great little watches for kids.
I'd be looking at Swatch as well, as mentioned above. They sell watches targeted at smaller wrist sizes like women's and children's wrists 👍
I got flik flak for my son. They sell them at Swatch boutique in Singapore. Sometimes I see them at Mother Care or shops that sells children’s clothes and stuff.
