What would you pay for this falcon?

So I have a lorier falcon III but i fell in love with the astra😅. The astra is on preorder now, i dont want to spend the money now but theres the posibilty that lorier might just do one more drop and the discontinue it? So im thinking of selling my falcon to finance the astra. Things to consider: I boight it in july last year so its still pretty fresh. I imported it to germany and to do so, you have to pay delivery, tax and customs, so the falcon costs you 600€ to buy directly from lorier and have it shipped to germany. I posted some pictures where you can see all wear on the watch. I also didnt keep the box. What would you be hypothetically willing to pay considering new it would cost 600€ and its also not availible at the moment?

Microbrands - great value for what you pay - but don’t expect them to hold value. This is now a $400 USD watch.

Might just hold on to it then 😁

Used, no box, yeah 400Euros seems about right.

I want one, but I'm not desperate for one.

Not my brand, but agree with other comments less than 400.00 is fair value.

300€

300€

50% value loss in less than a year? 😅

The question wasn't how much is it worth, it was how much I would be willing to pay.

Remember, we're being hypothetical.

I suspect Lorier will announce their last run on the Astra. Keep this watch and save up for when that happens, if it happens.

Do they do that? On insta? Or where would i find out?🤔 i would like to keep the falcon

I don't think they would discontinue a watch they struggle to fulfill the demand for. That would be quite an unusual business strategy.

Edit: and I understand your decision to swap the Falcon for Astra, the Astra is mind-alteringly beautiful. I think about it since it was released.

Also: try to put the falcon on Chrono24 for the price you imagine it would sell for and see what happens. You are in no big rush to sell it, I presume. There may be demand for these already imported to the EU, it's a fairly well known watch, after all. Right now there is only one falcon on the entire app.

Its such a beauty its ridiculous 😍 i dont know about the demand, i find it quite strange that theres only 2 videos on youtube of it and only like 4 people on here got it. Cant imagine the 36mm retro watch market to be that massive either. I wonder if its all fabricated hype 🤔 or they do really few pieces with each drop

I guess Lorier does not pay YT personalities for "reviews" and/or they don't send out watches to YT "reviewers" for free. Therefore there's not much content available.

As for demand: I've been checking the Lorier website when they launched the Astra and it was not available even on launch day. It either sold out completely in pre order or it sold out so swiftly (in a matter of minutes or maybe an hour or two) that I did not even notice it being available. The timezone lag US-EU is against us, too.

Edit: are you interested in the blue or the white one?

I guess that explains the lack of content. Im going to get the white one for sure. The blue is also interesting but the white is just so classy timeless and versatile!
