Unexpected Find
Technically, it's not considered a NWA, as I have owned it for almost 6 months now. My latest addition to my collection.
I was looking to add a jumping hour complication to my collection way back in 2020. Happened to came across the same variation but in black dial. Managed to find one from a dealer and was ready to pull the trigger after some consideration. But only for the dealer to back out when I wanted to purchase it.
Since it was discontinued and don't see many appearing on the secondary market especially in good condition with full box and papers.
Fast forward to last December, I happen to pop by a pawnshop and was lucky to find one. Handled the watch, making sure that it was in working condition and happy to have brought it home with me.

Good things truly comes unexpected. Got lucky 2nd time round, at an even better pricing (with full set). Got myself 2 complications that I am keen.

2. Retrograde minutes and date hands
Such a find watch seeing the hands spring back to zero at every hour together with the hour display and beginning of each month.

What a stunner. I love this Genta watches, Bulgari continue to make them albeit as Mickey Mouse etc and whilst they are fun they are brutally expensive new. Can I enquire how much this cost you?

I am not really a fan of GG's integrated bracelet design either. Particularly Nautilus and RO. Nice but overhyped for sure. But his own Gérald Genta brand, is fun and quirky. Definitely unique and interesting complication and design on its own.

The market price for GG jumping hour seems to be going through the roof in recent years. Especially those discontinued ones. The new ones by Bvlgari is very pricy too. Saw a black dial variation of the Bi Retrograde Jumping Hour with box and papers going for around USD $11K. Got mine at a decent price.
