New Watch Alert - Seiko SBDC061
After almost 6 months with the Seiko Alpinist, I have tried to like it but feel it is not the right watch for me. The Alpinist is a beautiful watch, but I don't feel right with it because I prefer watches with contrast and bold dials.
Finally I decided to buy the Seiko baby marine master, I am quite happy with this, the watch is easy to read, quite comfortable to wear. There are several things that are quite annoying, the chapter ring misalignment, typical Seiko, and the bezel action which is quite stiff.
I thought buying the JDM version would get me a unit with better QC, but that's not always true.

I think they're discontinued, i managed to get new old stock one.

Thanks, maybe the Alpinist too dressy for my taste, despite it's a field watch. Diver's suits me better, but it's tricky to find the perfect fit for my small wrist
