What should I buy? One more slot left!

I have one more slot in my watch box. I want to fill it with a watch that has a unique complication that nothing else in my collection has, so looking for ideas. The Poll is for the complication. Also open to suggestions. Criteria: - max budget is $10K. - must be new, not vintage (don't care if A/D or grey market) - should be 39-41mm. In some cases, I can go up to 42, but no more. Super points for: - have an awesome bracelet with no-tool micro adjustment - 100m of water resistance - transparent case back - tool free bracelet/strap system - bidirectional external bezel Hit me with your suggestions, I MIGHT just take one of them 🙂

I voted B but C should be the easy only choice not sure if there are any good mechanical perpetual calendar models on the marketplace for 10k. A perpetual calendar used to be the complication

every collector wanted eventually

I voted C, but I don't know of a New Perpetual Calendar for <10k, so I can't offer a suggestion.

10k budget and you listed a perpetual calendar. If you save 10k a year for few years you might be able to buy a perpetual cal, but a perpetual cal is the ultimate complication.

It's your money and your watchbox, but I think this "slot-filling" approach might leave you disappointed.

Why don't you leave this complication thing aside for a minute and consider something truly authentic, such as a piece from French watchmaker Semper & Adhuc ?

I have a moon phase and like it. It's not a popular complication anymore but it was in the early days. I bought one because it reminds me of the majesty of celestial bodies and our place in the universe.
