I would go with the Zenith. I already have an Explorer 36mm, so the Rolex box is checked. Can't stand the steampunk inspired crown lockdown thingy on the Paneri. Don't have a Zenith though, and the El Primero movement is legendary.
I feel well equipped to answer this as I own a explorer II, green dial OP but in 41, and a Panerai luminor which is close enough to a submersible lo. With that said there is no easy choice, I love all three of these watches for different reasons.

I would go OP - great design aesthetics, wearability, and versatility. It's timeless IMO.

I'm with @Salty1 The other three are just trying too hard.
I’m not sure I’d select any of those specifically but end of the day I’d be between OP and explorer 2 depending on my mood.
I love my Panerai and everyone know it, that white dial Panerai is mesmorizing!
I’m a sucker for the PE2
The white dial and GMT does it for me!
B For sure!! Cause it’s better than the rest.
Explorer II. I really want a Zenith but would rather have the El Primero without the carbon bezel
I would go explorer II. I don’t have a gmt in my collection and the explorer II seems to be one of Rolexes more re rugged watches.
Explorer II. I would choose the Datejust, but the 36 is just too small.
OP not Datejust
Fashion passes, style remains. The Rolex Oyster Perpetual is close to timeless, that's my choice
