What watch band/strap would you go with?

Just bought the Seiko 5 GMT and want to change the band/strap to wear on most days, but can’t decide what to get. Any suggestions?

The blue waffle silicone band is from Uncle Seiko, but the blue on the watch is much darker than the blue from the strap.

I have an Uncle Seiko tropic, and it just won’t break in. After more than a year it still gets to be uncomfortable if I wear it all day, so there’s that to consider. Maybe the waffle will be different, but my experience has soured me to US a bit.
