Both my Loriers have 9 series movements and they’re great: slim, accurate, & smooth high beat rate. Only minor complaint is a tiny bit of rotor noise, but that’s a nitpick.
Heart of my Scurfa Treasure Seeker and probably the most accurate/precise movement I have. (Mostly Seiko and micro brand with NH38 movements.) Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.
I wore it today. I like the high beat. I've found it to be very accurate. The wind feel is very clean. I also really like that any reputable shop can service it and if I ever need to replace it, it will cost me like $100 maybe
