There can only be one!

Excluding your quartz watches (and GS) does anyone find that your beater or inexpensive pieces actually keep better time than the expensive ones??

The humble Orient Kamasu

Four times as accurate at a quarter of the cost of my Seiko Alpinist... and the bezel lines up! 😂

Sometimes they get the regulation right and it makes the cheaper pieces tough to beat!!

I assume we are excluding digitals too as my Casio is king!

No, I'd be gutted if my Omega ran as poorly as my Willards (all relative of course, my Willards are excellent watches and run within spec, but I paid a lot for my Co-axial because it's one of the most accurate, precise, robust movements there is. )

Now that I've saved up for an Alpinist and rumimated on every detail, I know I'm getting it mainly for the dial. 😀
