From the horses mouth. "Extremely low prices" "indistinguishable from genuine products" 🤔
Seiko’s are being faked now?!
This has been going on for decades. Ask anyone who thought they got a deal on a SARB017. Pretty confident there are more fakes out there than originals.
The funny part is most use Seiko movements, albeit the cheapest versions of NH35s.
Good check use the android "watch accuracy app" (not sure exactly how accurate it is as results not 100% reliable, cant vouch how safe it is from hacking, lol) suggest test for at least 2 minutes. See if falls within Seiko test range (some examples) https://automaticwatchesformen.com/what-is-considered-good-accuracy-for-automatic-watch some people copy anything. Used to work for a trading company, Chinese could copy and manufacture an electronic machine in a few weeks! I guess from a copiers point of view it makes sense to copy the more popular watches as easier to pass off iffy watches. When I think copy watches Imagine Rolex's etc. If the copy is using a cheap Seiko movement well going to be harder to spot, so need to be careful sourcing, a guy on this forum mentioned ebay watches with wrong manuals!
