Not posting a wordy request for poll, just interested in choices and maybe a few reasons. Both are competitive and seem dressy/classy, and offer value (may fill that space in my watchbox ๐ค).
Both. But if I could only have one it would be the Baume & Mercier. It is more versatile as a daily watch. The longines is class though and as a dress watch it looks absolutely superb.

I love Longines as a brand with a fantastic catalogue but the B&M Clifton is my choice here.
I think Longines and B&M are pretty equivalent as brands, meaning you canโt go wrong with either choice.
I like the Longines design in this case.
Once I see the cut-off hour numbers on the Long8nes, I cant unsee it :(
