SEAKOSS Official Store on AliExpress = Total Fuck Ups
Ordered a 1963 during the AliExpress big spring sale. The Seakoos official store offered this watch in every combination of 40 mm or 38 mm case diameter, Sapphire or mineral crystal, and with or without a gooseneck.
So I ordered a 40mm with Sapphire and Gooseneck. It arrives and it is a 38mm, mineral crystal with no gooseneck.
Let's see what kind of superior customer service I receive. Did you order a watch during their sale and did you get what you ordered?

I wouldn't buy from Ali Express with a gift card.
Warranty and service are too spotty on Ali. I buy from there not expecting any. Just see if your card can cancel payment.
I've bought one SteelDive piece and it is every bit the quality of a Seiko 5. I've also ordered MANY straps and have no complaints. Just lucky I guess.
