Atelier Wen is in a different league compared to the 1963. Both price and quality. So not the fairest of comparisons. No shade on the 1963. It's a fun watch, just not comparable.

I voted for the 1963, but I would really recommend San Martin, especially since they have released some more original designs.

If you really are on a low budget, the seagull 100%.
If your idea of a low budget is actually <$2000, then the Atelier Wen.
I would take the one with the Japanese movement.... or the Invicta ones with Swiss movements.
