In the Metal, Episode I
I was in Salt Lake yesterday for the wife's company Christmas party and so we took the opportunity to do a little window shopping.
So many beautiful watches in just 3 stores.
It was a good opportunity to get some in the metal time with some watches I've only ever seen online.
You can see 1000 images of a watch, even real photos -not the flat brand product images-, and still have your breath taken away by the real life watch in person.
Dimensions like case size, thickness & L2L make so much more sense when you can see & hold the actual item for yourself.
Below are going to be comments of just the photos of the watches I tried on today.
You'll want to go alllll the way to the end for the watch of a brand I wasn't trying to see today, but daaaaamn, was it worth it.
I didn't buy anything, but as I was making ready to leave, the SA at Bennion's said they would offer 20% discount through Christmas.

Yeah, the Seiko bracelets are nothing special. That's where they keep the costs down most of the time.
