I've never bought a G-Shock however ones like yours have definitely got me interested in checking them out. Is the grey strap an aftermarket item?

I also have a basic black resin case version, but the metal really takes it up several notches in my opinion. Yes, this strap is not what comes with it. I find this rubber much more comfortable than the stock strap.
I sourced the grey strap from AliExpress.
