To make clear, I don't mean entry level watches like Casio Duro.
But spending big amounts on a watch with a high polished case.
Watches that looks hypnotic beautiful that thay you bought, but milky after a year thanks to thousands of micro scratches.
Wish my Omega's had my Willard's diashield coating!!
Bought a Longines Retrograde a few years ago, case was all polished looked cheap or lacking finesse. Fortunately my retired accountant who also lacks finesse, bought it from me, even paid a premium because he wanted it asap.
Nope. They're meant to be worn. They won't stay perfectly polished unless you keep them in a cabinet. Where's the fun in that?
My first grand seiko got scratched by a light breeze 🙄😂sold it because of the size though not because of being a scratch magnet, price you pay for mirror polish.

I think there are some that are supposed to be highly scratch resistant. No?
I anyways just enjoy my watch since it's so cheap so I'm never worried about it. Can hardly tell but up close it's very scratched.
Sorry it's not expensive.
