From what I can see:

Signed crown

Different dial (no scuba tanks)

Different second hand

Silver bezel insert (duh) but also the bezel (coin edge)

Colour matched day/date wheels

Solid endlink bracelet

If you did all that, you probably swapped out the movement as well and put in a sapphire crystal

So what you're really saying is; you have an SKX007 case and hands (but not the seconds hand) and maybe a chapter ring. It reminds me of that story; an old man is describing his axe, "this is the best axe I've ever owned. I've had it 30 years and in that time I've only had to replace the head twice and  the handle six times." 

Regardless, love it. It looks great. Nicely done.
