Sorry to hear that. Heartbreaking. We were relieved in some ways that my dad passed before having to go into a home, he was 89 and it was just his body keeping him going, the mind was only there occasionally and that was the worst time really. 🤝

Thanks 🙏 appreciate I am not the only one who must bear this burden, thanks for sharing.
Can’t compare ours with yours. Have a 14 year old dog healthy as apart from a bit of arthritis whose got dimensia- just got to keep him as happy as he can in familiar surroundings and close by. It does complicate life and your choices for yourself first to keep sane and balanced will flow onto better outcomes for your kin. Your choice of watch shown hints at a pragmatic approach which is great
We lost my mother to dementia a couple of years ago and are now dealing with my wife's mother who has developed the same condition. It is heartbreaking and difficult, in effect you lose your loved ones twice. Unfortunately there are no easy answers. When it gets bad we try to remember that they cared for us when we at our most vulnerable and now we are doing the same for them.

Hang in there, bud. Remember always what matters most.
Thanks mate, trying my best not to just dump her in a home 🏠
I like that color. Very nice. Looks like a watch a stormtrooper would wear. Lol
It struck me as a Rogue One rebel’s watch 🙂
