I remember when I got my first watch, it was a Timex. You would have thought it was a Rolex. I think it’s time that enjoy seeing being represented. From simple dials to interesting complications, it’s a fun hobby. I’m working hard on my channel and will link my site soon. I’ll be reviewing and posting to my blog. This is a fun journey. I’ll share history and even maintenance that I have learned along the way. I appreciate that you have given me a voice. It’s wonderful to be part of such a great community. Thanks.

My first watch, bought in 1979 by my gran when I was 6. I was unusual as despite quartz being cool in the 80s, I stuck it out with this until I was 18! Unfortunately, it now no longer winds, and no one will touch it for repairs, which is a shame, as I still remember the distinct and loud ticking noise it made.
