I own the Zulu, but I voted for the Hydro. I love my Zulu, but if the Hydro GMT had been on the market at the time, I would have bought it. But that's because I think the diver is more versatile.
Right now I'm considering buying the Hydro because I think it's so damn useful and attractive. If I do, I'll keep the Zulu, because I think it's a nice elegant watch as well.

I like the hydroconquest bezel more modern than zulu
Zulu for me, don't like the Hydroconquest indices or date.
