Never heard of Kinetics until a month ago. Now I have the three I wanted. Reasonably priced, cool technology, and also beautiful. Never thought I’d like watches this big.

I’m glad I find the more expensive Direct Drive models unappealing. Saves money and sanity.

I've heard they take a long time to get restarted if the power reserve is exhausted. Have you had that experience?

Have avoided it so far, because I’ve heard the same. It’s been a whole different kind of Seiko shuffle.

In my post when I got the first one, I quoted a YouTube reviewer who compared having one of these to having a dog in that you have to exercise it or it just won’t be healthy!

It's a slippery slope in that rabbit hole, before you know you will have 10 of those and a low bank balance.
