New Strap

The watch I’ve had longest. Graduation present received in 1995.

Thought a new strap would perk it up , but picking straps is very challenging for me. Think I did ok here, and happy with the chance I took abandoning the bracelet. Hope you like it, too.

Had a bear of a time until I tried a set of curved spring bars. Voila!

That is awesome. I graduated around the same time and got a bracelet version of this as a gift not long after. Sadly, it stopped working and cost more than the watch was worth to fix at the time, so they said. I wish I hadn’t simply tossed it looking back.

It looks great! Keep the bracelet wrapped and marked so someday you can pass it on. Great memories and as @AllTheWatches  said don't throw it away. If it quits working. It's worth fixing. Just fixed one. It's on my post. We'll enough talk.

Enjoy the watch!

It’s engraved from my parents. Don’t worry, even if I just wear it as jewelry, I’m never throwing it away.

Yep. The modern version of me would have swapped it with a better quartz movement.
