A New Puppy!
I came across this not knowing what it was. In the course of due diligence, I watched a video wherein the reviewer compared owning a Seiko Kinetic to having a dog. As the harried human life partner to a very high maintenance canine, I of course had to get in on THAT action.
I love the look and feel, and am finally figuring out how things wear as far as size. Now we’ll see whether the movement is my master or whether IT serves ME.

kinetic is a really interesting movement!🔥
I like quartz watches. But I hate batteries. I would love to see more alternatives for power sourcing like this.
Unfortunately rhe kinetic didn't fit on my wrist.
But also most solar powered watches are not really pretty. Some exceptions: Seiko Speedtimer, Cartier Must, Grand Seikos with spring drive)
I wish all Quartz watches would have such alternative powering.

Agree.
We’ll see what ownership of a Kinetic is like, but I have a feeling there’s a reason why solar and Spring Drive are more prominent.
