Hamilton Khaki, Need your help!!

Question. I’m trying to get my first Hamilton khaki and stumbled upon this.
Is this a special version of the Khaki Field? I’ve never seen a dial that has those red markings like this before.

It must be. But I’ve never seen it before. My own Khaki is a blue I’ve never seen either. Perhaps it’s a special edition from a distant market? It’s very good looking. What significance does 20 seconds hold? Related to what activity?

Looks like a Khaki field H70595133 it's discontinued watch so only can find them used. Khaki field H70605163 is the closest stocked item that you can still buy from the Hamilton website
I tied something like this in an outlet store a few years ago. It looks like it's a 40mm. I have the brown dial of this in 40mm with H10 movement which is also discontinued.
