Sooner or later I will get the Duro. It has been on my list for quite some time and yet I still don't know which of the colorways I would choose. Also would you ever oil fill them? I wouldn't , but I am am sure someone on here has and really likes it.
Here in Australia, they go for well over what they do in the US for example :-( So it took me forever to find one on sale. Finally, Amazon came to the party for AUD$74, so about USD$50! The Blue colourway wouldn't have been my first choice, but on a matching blue NATO strap and it is in the rotation. Especially when it's pouring rain and I have to be outside - not the diving experience. but one where I can trust the Duro to stand up to. I'd go with black or black and gold/gilt. (If they had a red dial I would be so into that!).
I just ordered the black & gold one for my first Duro. All of my other watches are all silver stainless (except for my g-shock) so I thought if I was going to try something a little blingy it made sense to do it on a $49 watch. We’ll see!
