... to clarify, I'm looking for the two piece heavy duty nylon strap like the one shown above in a specific color which I can't find anywhere -- and yes, there are companies on Amazon, but I might have to contact each one individually and see if they do custom stuff?? Just thought somebody might have a company they've worked with and could recommend.

Why don't you tell us the colour you are looking for? Someone might have seen it already and be able to point you in the right direction.
