If you were me what would you do in this situation?

Quick backstory on November 7th I purchased a Seiko 5 GMT from a third party seller on Amazon ok nothing wrong there the estimated delivery date said it should have arrived a week ago. But now it’s saying between the 23-29 of November ok fine but, when I, track the number it still looks like it’s still being processed through the warehouse. FedEx the delivery company on their website still says label created it’s been like this for a week now. I did contact Amazon’s CS assistant it said if I don’t receive my order by December 2 I can ask for a refund. Now here’s where my problem lies, it’s telling me it should be arriving tomorrow on the 29th of November but again according to the FedEx website it looks like the watch is still hasn’t had a shipping label created? Could it be their just busy or maybe the updates are a little slow? Anyways what should I do? Just wait till  12/2 or ask for the refund now?

The 29th is tomorrow so at least wait until then!

You might always want to contact the third-party seller and see if they have any answers for you.

Thanks for the correction I thought today was the 29th lol

Hopefully your new watch has the date function 😅😂

At this point, I would wait until Dec 2nd. It's only a few more days away now.  I have seen FedEx tracking never update and an item is delivered while it still says, "label created."  Who knows, maybe it shows up on the 5th, after you get a refund from Amazon.  "Win, Win, Win"

Wow wasn‘t aware FedEx was that bad.

I would wait. We're into the holiday season and there's always delays occuring during this period.

To be clear, I have only seen it happen a few times, not often.  I don't think Fedex is bad, more just back-end tech infrastructure not keeping up with actual delivery times.

All of shipping websites like (UPS,USPS,FedEx) take hours and sometimes days to update. I’ve had packages that never updated on the website until the day they were delivered.

Wow that sucks. Just a couple days ago my package said it was in transit but then went back to label created.
