The weather has been quite challenging today, following the intense storms we experienced last night. Currently, it's still drizzling, and the sky remains overcast. This made it particularly difficult for me to photograph my Grand Seiko watches as I had planned. I intended to wear the Lake Suwa model, renowned for its textured dial that mimics the look of water ripples. The photo below showcases the dial of my Lake Suwa Grand Seiko, which, as you can see, appears quite flat due to the current lighting conditions. This lack of depth in the photograph is exactly why I had to forego wearing it today, opting instead for a simpler watch with a black dial that’s easier to capture in such weather. Despite this, I’m making the best of the day and I hope everyone else is finding joy in their Friday as well. Cheers!

It's fascinating how gold can transform under different lighting conditions, offering a new perspective with every glance. This watch continually impresses me with its dynamic presence—definitely no dull moments with this one!

That white gold version is amazing, but I must say, there's something about the warm hues of this Everose that really speaks to me. It pairs so well with the OysterFlex, making it a combination that's hard to beat!
