I've finally treated myself with a proper Seamaster model 396.1062. Made in 1993 according to the serial number, awesome condition. Cal 1438. No wear visible on the bezel. Really love it :)

heres mine! can I ask roughly what you paid? I thought mine was a bargain at £500 in the condition it’s in. But I’m now spending another £275 on repair 🤦♂️

Ah thanks - so yeah I’ve taken mine from a bargain to a regular price.
Still - even at 800 euro or £800 I think it’s a great value “little gem”. Great smaller size - bit of vintage rolex - lot of omega.. The genta style bracelet is so good too!
