Seiko flightmaster or bulova lunar pilot

Hello watch nerds! Iam deciding between seiko flightmaster and bulova lunar pilot as the name of this post says. It’s so hard so I’m looking for help, all day I had spent watching youtube on some reviews and reading about these two watchis. My hearth is saying yes for seiko but I like both dials at least from photos. I have in my collection one seiko 5 automatic so that’s why I don’t know which one I want. Seiko flightmaster is so good choose because of the 200m WR. So if you can give me a little help I would be very happy for that. Thank you watch nerds!

Yeah…not sure why Bulova goes so huge with their cases? I will say you’d dig the smooth second hand. Flighty probably though — Seiko’s kind of like the uncle I always want to impress.

I have never experienced the lunar pilot in person but I have herd that if your wrist is smaller than 7in.(or about 18cm) it will likely be to big but the SNA411, unlike the Bulova, is no longer in production so you can only get them used or new old stock. I do have a flightmaster and i love it but one small complaint is the threaded pushers. The bezel overhangs a bit and makes it almost impossible to turn them while wearing it.

.262kHz is an amazing Quarts movement.  I am looking to get one, with the band, not the strap.  The movement is so smooth it looks a lot like a mechanical.  The history the watch has is really what I like the most.  The Seiko is not a bad choice either,  best to you in the pick,  I SAY GET BOTH!

I've chosen the flight master because it's lug to lug will fit more wrists then the lunar pilot. How ever if the Bulova fit me I'd have to go with the 2nd best moon watch there is!

I love and have both watches but the lunar pilot hits different. History aside which both watches have plenty to talk about. I think the dial on the Bulova is way better than the one on the Flighty.

I think the crazy busy dial on the Flighty is part of it's charm. Will probably get more attention. Has more functions too - alarm, dual time zone depending how you use it, compass too!?

I have a 7.5” wrist for the Lunar Pilot and it fits fine, though under 7 I bet gets a bit silly. I love the stepped chapter ring and subdials too, great texturing. lastly the way the crystal just sits on top is a little bizarre, in a great way. I think if you have the size to work with the LP itd be my pick. I can’t work with that crazy busy dial in the seiko.
