I've never been able to buy one from Timefactors, so I can relate. I can only recommend WUS or r/watchexchange, though the prices are quite high for used examples, for me.
If you want a similar vibe that is easier to get consider Traska. I believe Timefactors and Traska use the same Miyota movement. Traska also has a hardness coating that is supposed to be more scratch resistant.
