I know timefactors but from what I understand you have to be lighting quick to get one lol

eBay has some too but they are pretty expensive.
I've never been able to buy one from Timefactors, so I can relate. I can only recommend WUS or r/watchexchange, though the prices are quite high for used examples, for me.

If you want a similar vibe that is easier to get consider Traska. I believe Timefactors and Traska use the same Miyota movement. Traska also has a hardness coating that is supposed to be more scratch resistant.

I’ve actually been looking at getting a Traska summiteer in 36mm! So that might be the move instead of smiths!
