My Seiko Bell-Matic 4006-7012 (circa 1973) was running poorly but I couldn't find anyone in Singapore willing to service it. Along with my Seiko Lord Marvel, the watches were deemed "too old" to be serviced by even the local official service center.
Thankfully, after lots of phone calls, I was able to find a place. And after two months, the Bell-Matic is finally back with me.
The Bell-Matic is special because it has a rare feature: a mechanical alarm.

Nice! Where did you get it serviced in the end? I have a few old watches that need servicing as well.
Pleased you could get it serviced, it's a beauty and deserves to run for another 50 years.👍
Awesome watch
That's a beautiful example of the bellmatic!

The shop is called 2tone Vintage Watches on River Valley Road. They also have a nice collection of vintage Rolexes and Pateks.
