Glycine is definitely an underrated brand, especially now they are starting to release smaller watches making them more accessible. I don't own any watches that are underrated, they are probably all about where they should be, some are just not well known.
Certina, glycine and alpina are all underrated but I think that is because they all have or had the same problem, that there watches all tend to be on the larger size and that puts many people off.

Lume is ok. Good at first but doesn’t last long. Better lume on Citizen and Seiko.
My most underrated is a sterling Fraser,it's quart so grab and go
my Wolbrook Skindiver as well as my Lip Himalaya
