(In A Parallel Universe) I'm Done With Hommages

OK when you start your 'journey' your faced with a bewitching choice of products, different avenues and unfortunately a hell of a different price bracket. Now hommages are to us budget boys (n gals) friends. You get the look, a bit of the feeling of being the king of the crop, the big cheese a player with no equal. And at an affordable price you can enjoy and experience a bit of the rich man's pie.

But there's a little nagging doubt, am I being cheap, am I fooling no one but myself, should I even should be wearing this. Will i be looked down upon by my peers.

But eventually after many years of grafting, working your ass off, saving, sacrificing. You have the chance for the real thing, no hiding under the cuff, it's time to show out baby, your now 'IT' you've got your grail, the real thing. No cheap knock off from far far away, good home grown products, made by artesians, craftsmanship and a credible product with original designs and supporting the local industry from where it was born.

Yes it's in the bin with the 'hommages' and with all the hard work its time to wear the real thing..

Aah that's better, no hiding, no anxiety, no pesky shouty bloke from the forum ready to pounce, your now the big cheese, you've arrived (in style🤔) you can hold your head high.

Now I know Crocs are worn by lots of our great medical professionals so I don't agree with Kev as such (but he said to a manager who was sporting his new crocs, so fair game🤣). Seriously though are your originals as original as what you think 🤔. (Oh and it's a bit late, but blame Skylers latest tube, now that is thought provoking👍) Well I've now 'arrived' on CrockChrunch n lovin it. And far better than 'sliders' glorified flip flops if you ask me.
