Best Value for Money..

My newest acquisition. Absolute AP killer in the flesh and much much better than on photos. GP give a generous 15% discount, absolute steal.

Absolute perfection.

·

The best part is the movement is actually better finished than the machine finished AP movements since 2017😎

·

I really like these 🔥

·

I’ve never seen a dial and bezel combination like that! That’s beautiful!

·

I just tried one on in Munich. You have my dream watch my friend. Wear it in good health and if you get board I have some killer watches to trade you😏

I really like these 🔥

The hand to work on themovement is stunning. The brush work on the case and bracelet is my personal favorite in the industry. So deep and rich!

·

Lovely looking watch.

I suppose the Christopher Ward 12 is a similar looking watch.

Totally agree. The finishing is top notch.

I would even go so far and say GP offers top 3 finishing in in the area from 10-20K. Along with Glashütte Original Pano and Blancpain Villeret.

Only considering established brands. There are exceptional independents in this range like Laine which are mind blowing as well.

·

Perfect watch. And that discount seems more appropriate than over retail.

Absolute perfection.

Thank you for your kind words. Once you see in the flesh/metal, it is absolute perfection. And readily available, no wish lists, playing cat and mouse with AD, etc

Couldn’t agree more. And considering this watch is closer to 10k than 20k, after manufacturer discount…

Gorgeous piece 👌🏻 congratulations! 👏🏻👏🏻

Am I correct in saying these did go through a moment of hype a year or two back when a few YouTube asshats (one now in jail) the others a bit bizarre… were pumping these on their channels??

It is a gorgeous piece, wishing you many happy years with it.

Did you cross shop this with anything like an IWC Ingenieur?

Thank you for the wishes. I did compare with IWC Ingenieur, yes. I don’t like the design of the IWC. It looks like a watch designed by a committee and triggered almost no emotions in me. And once you start comparing beyond mere looks, and the pricing, the case is quite clear.

Absolutely stunning. What colour do you have? It looks so much better in your shot than the official renders.

Blue.

·

My error! I meant the VC. 😳😳

VC Overseas is an extremely beautiful competitor. But the GP is around 10k usd after discount, and the VC four times that in the secondary market, so..

Love the Laureato!! Nicely done!

Thanks !

Yes...like in 2 colours

I like all colours as well.

·

Stunner! That’s perfection.

When you see it live, it truly is.

One of my "seriously need it" watches :) congratulations, great choice, wear is as much as it should be :)

Thanks for the kind words…

I tried this on a few weeks back and wow! This is a terrific watch and is currently in my top 3 for purchase in 2024. Cheers! 🥂 Enjoy!

The green one is stunning. I took the blue one because I couldn’t decide and my last one was the Omega 300 SMP in green, so…

The 38mm copper version is quite stunning.

Yes I saw it in the boutique as well and the colour is really unique.

That’s an interesting perspective thanks. I’ve not really cross shopped either nor had hands on. Yet.

IMHO

Ingenieur feels more solid. IWC bracelet is way better. You can remove the links by yourself and also you can buy it with new clasp with micro adjustment. Only one laureato's advantage is in-house caliber, however its 50 hours vs 120 from IWC. Moreover, laureato 38mm is too small and 42mm is too big. When Ingy 40mm is the best decision for every wrists. And the last one: Ingenieur is true Genta, Laureato - inspired by Genta (AP).

Wait… the Ingenieur has micro adjust now? Did it not have that at launch? You got any info to hand on that pls?

Yeah. I’ll never own one, that’s for sure!
