ADs often give away catalog books. I have several and look out for them when I stop in to buy or try on watches. Also you can request them online at various watch websites. Just search the site a bit and you should come across a request form like in this picture. Enter your info and they will mail you. I assume not every company offers this.
I put in requests on every manufacturer's website I could find who had such a thing and I got very nice hardbound catalogs from Glashutte Original and Blancpain.

Actual paper? is that still a thing?
I had a Sinn one sent to me. Pretty cool of them.
I have 7 omegas. I’ve asked for a catalog online for years. Nothing nada zilch!

Cartier has a nice catalog. I grabbed it at the store.

Rarely, I emailed 4-5 different brands recently and all told me it's now online, these are brands I have previously had catalogues from

I asked for an Omega too. Nothing.
Local AD gave me the current Breitling one after we talked pilots watches for a bit. That was fun.
