Have you handled a Cocktail Time before? When I handled one I saw how cheap the dial looks in person. I'd buy the Citizen over the Seiko any day.
Big Seiko fanboy here, I picked the Citizen 100%.
Seiko almost always gets the better of Citizen in the style department, but this is one of the exceptions. Between these two I'd happily choose the Citizen.

I have the Negroni (the red version of the same Seiko). I love it. I’d go Citizen.
