Sizing Uncle Seiko

I just bought an Uncle Seiko SARB jubilee bracelet - do y'all know how to size with "pressure pins"? Is it just pins you have to push out the side with the arrow, or is it more involved, like Seiko pin and collar? If anyone knows would really appreciate so I don't mess anything up, thanks!

Most of his stuff is screw adjusted, are you sure it's pins?

If so I would look up a YouTube video, it's much easier to watch someone do it than have us describe it.

I have two of Uncle's bracelets and they both use basic friction pins without collars. Those pins can occasionally be very stubborn so I'd advise having a pair of pliers handy to yank the problematic ones out.
