A few weeks ago, I walked into my AD with my 5212 and I told her I had to go the pre-owned route due to the 2+ year wait. She shared she felt bad that she wasn’t able to source one for me and that they usually get 1 per year, but didn’t get one last year and that she’d prioritize a Pepsi for me. I assumed the Pepsi was harder than the Patek with all the hype, but clearly they are mass produced and flow pretty well considering just before we left for our kids’ spring break, I happened to be having breakfast around the corner from the AD with my son and got the text. I ain’t mad!
